What it does
Abandoned Cart Recovery sends a reminder on WhatsApp or email a few hours after a shopper leaves items in their cart, only to customers who gave marketing consent. Reminders can include complementary product suggestions and how much is left for free shipping, both from the Product Recommendation Engine. If the order is completed, pending reminders are cancelled automatically, and frequency limits keep messages from piling up.
